Job summary

Orgvein Pvt Ltd is seeking passionate Speech Therapists to join our child rehabilitation team in Kalpetta, Wayanad. You will provide speech and language therapy to children and work closely with parents and a multidisciplinary team to support development.

UG/PG in BASLP / MASLP or equivalent qualification is required. Freshers are welcome; candidates with pediatric speech therapy experience are preferred. 8-hour shift with supportive environment and growth opportunities.

• Conduct 45-minute sessions, including approximately 40 minutes of therapy and 5 minutes of parent interaction.
• Work with children experiencing speech, language, communication, articulation, fluency, and related developmental difficulties.
• Maintain proper therapy records, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress and home-based activities.
• Collaborate with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Maintain a child-friendly, supportive, and professional therapy environment.
• UG/PG in BASLP / MASLP or equivalent recognized qualification.
