• Experience working with pediatric and adult populations, including neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions.
• Ability to develop individualized therapy plans, maintain detailed documentation, and work within an interdisciplinary team.

Job description

Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Indore. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults using standardized tools and clinical observations. Daily responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with audiologists, occupational therapists, behavior therapists, and special educators. The role involves counseling families and caregivers, educating them on home-based strategies, and participating in interdisciplinary case discussions. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to quality improvement, maintain accurate clinical records, and uphold ethical and professional standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related conditions.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Relevant professional certification/registration as required by local regulatory bodies.
• Experience working with pediatric and adult populations, including neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions, is preferred.
• Ability to develop individualized therapy plans, maintain detailed documentation, and work within an interdisciplinary team.
