Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Kottayam. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in neurodiverse children and adults. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions, and monitoring progress. The role involves collaborating with caregivers and other professionals, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing education and guidance to families. The Speech Language Pathologist will contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on improving functional communication and overall well-being.
