Role Description

The Associate Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The role involves conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing regular therapy sessions for clients with diverse communication needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions based on evidence-based practices. Candidate will be part of CI rehabilitation services.The associate will educate and counsel clients and families on communication strategies, collaborate with other clinicians on complex cases, and participate in case discussions and continuing education activities. The role also includes contributing to outreach or awareness initiatives that promote early identification and management of speech and language difficulties.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related concerns.
• Candidates should possess skills in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (DHLS/ BASLP/ MSc SLP) from an accredited institution.
• RCI registration ( application for freshers)
• Ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and maintain detailed clinical records.
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
• Willingness to learn, participate in te approach.
• Fluency in English, Hindi is a must. Understanding of Marathi, Gujarati is a bonus.
