Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist - Workforce Management to forecast staffing needs, build real-time and long-term plans, and monitor scheduling to meet service goals.

You will collaborate with management to optimize workforce performance, identify trends, and propose process improvements that boost efficiency. This role requires hands-on experience in workforce planning, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with HR tools in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Bachelor or higher in commerce, economics, finance or MBA/Analytics.
• Experience with employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Proven HR process knowledge and metrics familiarity.
