Job summary

R1 RCM - Revenue Cycle Management is seeking a Specialist in Training (RCM) with hands-on AR, denials, cash posting, billing, and end-to-end RCM experience. The role emphasizes learning strategy development, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration within a US healthcare context.

The incumbent will work onsite, partnering with experts, leading projects, and ensuring up-to-date training materials and LMS-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AR, denials, cash posting, RCM cycle and billing (U.S healthcare)
• Experience as Process Trainer, Process Coach, SME, QA Analyst or Sr. AR
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute

Responsibilities

• Partner with content experts to select learning strategies and evaluation methods.
• Act as project lead and mentor to develop eLearning skills among associates.
• Manage time, resources and priorities to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Provide support for existing educational materials, courses, and systems.
• Use LMS and related technologies to implement and track online materials.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure current information is conveyed.

We are looking for a Specialist in Training (RCM) with hands‑on expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Denials Management, Cash Posting, Billing, and the End-to-End RCM Cycle.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ Years of experiencein AR, Denials, Cash posting, RCM cycle, billing (U.S Healthcare)
• Experience on roles such as like Process Trainer, Process Coach, SME, QA Analyst, Sr. AR
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute

What You'll Do:

• Partners with content experts to select learning strategies, media, implementation methods and evaluation methods that engage employees and promote meaningful learning.
• Acts as a project lead and mentor to encourage the development of eLearning skills other associates.
• Manages time, resources, and priorities to meet quality standards, project timelines, and learning outcomes.
• Provides support for existing educational materials, courses, websites, and systems as directed.
• Utilizes communication, technical and reporting skills to implement and track online materials using a learning management system and related websites technologies.
• Understands workflow, policies and procedures related to end user role and work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the most current information is being conveyed.
