Job summary

Microland Limited in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Technology Manager - Collaboration to oversee messaging infrastructure, Exchange on-prem and UC services such as Teams and SharePoint. The role requires strong communication and leadership for L1/L2 support, with deep expertise in M365 and collaboration platforms.

The candidate will manage, monitor, and upgrade Exchange environments, while aligning with enterprise collaboration goals and DR planning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Messaging Architect primary responsibility is to provide support to an organization’s messaging infrastructure to help them meet their business goals. Possess Excellent communication and performing the regular BAU activities on the Exchange Servers/Exchange Online/any other messaging infrastructure, periodic maintenance, installing patches, and supporting L1/L2 teams. This role also includes the bigger Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) portfolio including administration of Teams, OneDrive, BOX, SharePoint, Yammer etc.,

• Manage, Proactive monitoring, Administer, Troubleshoot, and provide support for email infrastructure.
• Plan and execute upgrades, projects defined by customers.
• Manage, Lead and Address the teams / tickets escalated and close them within the SLA.
• Document the architecture and participate along with architects to define the DR, failovers etc
