Key responsibilities
  • Support supply chain planning activities including demand planning, forecast monitoring, inventory management, and operational execution.
  • Assist allocation planning, supply stabilization, and product planning activities.
  • Prepare supply and recovery plans to support demand fulfillment and customer commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support planning and execution activities.
  • Analyze planning data and generate reports to support business decision‑making.
  • Apply analytical and statistical methods to identify trends and improve planning performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain planning processes.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and automation is preferred.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, data engineering concepts, and planning systems is an advantage.

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group [fill employement group] (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.

Leasing positions

We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 4.341,85 (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.

Canada

The candidate must be eligible to meet the requirements of export control regulations, including the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and Canadian government security requirements; and/or (as necessary): Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance, Must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods, Must be eligible to handle US export‑controlled data.
