Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru is hiring an Automation Test Engineer to design, update, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium/Python and UFT.

You will translate requirements into robust test scenarios, create test scripts from use cases, report defects, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth production release. 4–6 years in software test automation and banking domain exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering with an excellent academic track record.
• 4-6 years of experience in Software Test Automation.
• Strong expertise on test automation tool-Selenium.
• Atleast one-year hands on experience in Python/Pytest framework.
• Knowledge on API tests automation.
• Experience in building functional test cases based on requirements, specifications and user documentation.
• Aspiration to learn and acquire functional knowledge on the applications that we work on.
• Basic knowledge on Banking domain.
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge on various test case design techniques and testing methodologies
