Job summary

Nordex Engineering And Technology is seeking a Service Coordinator to support planning management of service areas, collaborating with the service team in back office and field to deliver on-time, high-quality service.

The role requires planning experience, SAP knowledge (S/4HANA and ECC), strong MS Office skills, and a focus on customer service and health and safety. Fluency in English is desirable; experience with SAP and OSAPIANs tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a planning environment.
• Proven experience in coordination or similar role.
• SAP knowledge in S4Hana and ECC.
• Experience in an operational Service role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of resource and capacity planning and budgeting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) would be desirable.
• Customer service focus
• Health Safety focused

Responsibilities

• Create SAP material orders both for plannable activities and non-time-critical materials and continuous review the order status to ensure timely delivery
• Material booking for our subcontractors in SAP
• Perform 1-3 weeks planning
• Manage purchase-related activities such as creating and approving PO/BDM requests, vendor setup support, invoice approval, and material procurement
• SNOW tracking monitoring
• Assign SO to technicians, Add / adjust material in SO, Follow-up SO data quality.
• Handle service order quality checks, Validate works on turbine and close SO (TECO).
• SAP/ Osapians tool integration follow-up
• Alignment and interaction with regional team
