Job summary

Nordex is seeking a Service Coordinator in India to support planning management of service areas. The role involves handling planning, administrative tasks, and SAP-based material orders to ensure on-time, high-quality service execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the service team, managing POs, vendor setups, and data quality in service orders, while maintaining SAP and Osapians tool integration and collaboration with regional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a planning environment.
• Experience in coordination or similar role.
• SAP knowledge in S4Hana and ECC.
• Experience in an operational Service role preferred.
• Basic understanding of resource and capacity planning and budgeting.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Health & Safety focused.

• Create SAP material orders for plannable activities and monitor status to ensure timely delivery.
• Material booking for subcontractors in SAP.
• Manage PO/BDM requests, vendor setup, invoice approval, and material procurement.
• SNOW tracking & monitoring.
• Assign service orders to technicians, add/adjust material in service orders, and ensure data quality.
• Handle service order quality checks, validate turbine works, and close SO (TECO).
• SAP/Osapians tool integration follow-up.
• Alignment and interaction with regional team.

In this role, the Service coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning management of the service areas by supporting on all plan and administrative and repetitive tasks.You would work closely with Service Team in back office and in the field. Your role would be to provide efficient planning in order to deliver works on time, with high quality service.

Responsibilities

• Create SAP material orders both for plannable activities and non-time-critical materials and continuous review the order status to ensure timely delivery
• Material booking for our subcontractors in SAP
• Manage purchase-related activities such as creating and approving PO/BDM requests, vendor setup support, invoice approval, and material procurement
• SNOW tracking & monitoring
• Assign SO to technicians, Add / adjust material in SO, Follow-up SO data quality.
• Handle service order quality checks, Validate works on turbine and close SO (TECO).
• SAP/ Osapians tool integration follow-up
• Alignment and interaction with regional team

Requirements
