Genpact is seeking a Specialist - SCM - Logistics Support to coordinate transportation, distribution, and timely delivery of goods. The role involves monitoring shipment schedules, maintaining inventory levels, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to address challenges.

The ideal candidate will bring a background in business, industrial engineering, logistics, or SCM, with operations management proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or SCM.
• Master's degree in Operations Management is preferred.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the transportation, distribution, and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in ERP or relevant systems.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address logistics challenges and operational issues.
• Support initiatives to optimize logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare and maintain reports on logistics performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure seamless supply chain operations.

• Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in ERP or relevant systems.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address logistics challenges and operational issues.
• Support initiatives to optimize logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
