Job summary

Genpact is looking for a Specialist - SCM - Logistics Support in India. You will coordinate transport, monitor schedules, and maintain inventory across ERP systems, partnering with vendors and internal teams to optimize logistics and reduce costs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, develop reports, and participate in Genpact's AI-driven supply chain initiatives. This role features a hybrid work model and night shifts in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Admin, Industrial Eng, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Masters in Operations Management preferred.
• Experience with SCM tools and ERP systems is advantageous.

Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies to ensure on-time fulfillment. Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in ERP or relevant systems. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address logistics challenges and operational issues. Support initiatives to optimize logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Prepare and maintain reports on logistics performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
