Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Director - SCM to lead end-to-end supply chain management for major clients in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment. You will drive delivery excellence, collaborate with clients on the latest AI-enabled supply chain solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes and accelerate value realization.

The role requires strong background in SCM, operations, and procurement analytics, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements and scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Masters in Operations Management is a plus.
• Experience in end-to-end SCM delivery and transformation initiatives.
