Job summary

Genpact, a leading technology services and solutions company, is hiring for a Specialist Record to Report in Bengaluru. The role focuses on audits, risk assessments, and developing compliance frameworks to strengthen governance.

You will guide business teams on regulatory changes, collaborate across functions to embed controls, and deliver training to promote a culture of compliance. Ideal candidates will have R2R SSC/BPO experience with supervisory exposure, SAP ERP expertise, strong MS Excel

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce.
• Finance or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA). CA/Inter would be an added advantage.
• Relevant years of R2R experience in shared services/BPO, with supervisory exposure.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and reconciliation platforms.
• Exposure to automation tools (BlackLine, RPA) is an added advantage.

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
