Genpact in Kolkata (work from office) is seeking a compliance-focused professional to lead record-to-report activities, audits, and governance improvements. You will develop and monitor compliance frameworks, identify risks, and guide business teams on regulatory changes and risk controls.

You will also prepare reports and dashboards, deliver training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
