Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to advance consolidation and financial close activities in a hybrid India-based role. You will contribute to asset accounting, reconciliations, and accurate reporting while upholding governance standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices, drive continuous improvement, and support risk controls in a fast-moving, AI-enabled finance environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance or Masters in Finance certifications.
• CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA, CRCM certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, consolidation, and financial close processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and financial controls.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a hybrid setup.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks that strengthen governance and minimize operational risks.
• Identify potential risk exposures, recommend mitigation strategies, and support execution of corrective action plans.
• Provide subject matter guidance to business teams on compliance issues, regulatory changes, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance practices and resolve risk-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate compliance reports, documentation, and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote compliance culture and best practices across teams.
