Job summary

Genpact Jaipur seeks an experienced Specialist Record to Report to manage external financial statements and audits, ensuring GAAP and IFRS compliance. You will work from the Jaipur office with a collaborative finance team.

You will analyze data for trends, support internal controls, and drive process improvements, partnering with internal stakeholders to explain financial results and uphold reporting integrity.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce.
• Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA); CA/Inter would be an added advantage.
• R2R experience in shared services/BPO, with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate and support external audit processes with auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in reporting.
• Support design, testing, and implementation of internal controls for reporting accuracy.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide insights on financial performance and reporting outcomes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements for external reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.

• Coordinate and support external audit processes by providing accurate, timely, and complete documentation to auditors.
  
• Analyze financial data to identify key trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in reporting processes.
  
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
  
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide clear insights and explanations on financial performance and reporting outcomes.
  
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance in external reporting.
  
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce
• Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA). CA/Inter would be an added advantage
• Relevant years of R2R experience in shared services/BPO, with at least relevant years in a supervisory role
• Hands-on experience with ERP system i.e. SAP
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and reconciliation platforms.
• Exposure to automation tools (BlackLine, RPA) is an added advantage
