Job summary

Döhler in Pune seeks a regulatory compliance professional to evaluate Döhler articles for global markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will maintain the regulatory results in our substance database and collaborate with global R&D teams.

We value a Masters in food science or related field and 3–5+ years of global regulatory experience, with familiarity in TraceOne and IOFI databases; excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar.
• 3-5+ years in conducting food regulatory compliance checks globally.
• Experience using TraceOne and IOFI database is a plus.
• Good communication skills; customer-focused; accurate and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality regulatory suitability and compliance evaluations of Döhler articles in certain countries and regions (global scope).
• Maintain results of regulatory checks in the substance database.
• Develop expertise in IT regulatory compliance tools and collaborate with IT to build AI-based regulatory solutions.
• Build strong working relationships with Döhler RPD teams globally.
• Propose ideas to make processes more efficient.

Job Description

Tasks & responsibilities
Provide high-quality regulatory suitability and compliance evaluations of Döhler articles in certain countries and regions (global scope), triggered either by customer or internal stakeholder requests
Maintain results of regulatory checks in the substance database
Develop expertise in existing IT regulatory compliance tools and collaborate with IT to build next generation of AI-based IT solutions to further automate regulatory checks
Build strong working relationships with all Döhler RPD teams globally
Propose ideas to make processes more efficient

Qualifications

Good Communication Skills
Educational background: Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar
Industry experience: 3-5+ years in conducting food regulatory compliance checks globally
Nice to have: Experience using TraceOne and IOFI database
Mindset: Customer-focus; accurate working (no errors); collaborative
