Döhler GmbH in Pune, India is seeking a professionals-level R&D documentation specialist to manage regulatory registrations and product documentation across global articles. You will collaborate with the German-based RPD team to pre-screen requests and keep substance data current.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer-focus, and teamwork, with exposure to international projects and diverse ingredient systems in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Competenze

• Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or equivalent.
• 2+ years in food documentation topics, including TTB registrations.
• Must be customer-focused and accurate; able to collaborate.

Mansioni

• Perform TTB registration for articles developed by all Döhler sites globally.
• Support German-based RPD team by pre-screening customer requests (Service Cloud).
• Ensure article information is up-to-date in the substance database when recipe changes occur.
• Update product specifications as needed.
• Support completion of customer questionnaires.
• Build strong working relationships with the German-based RPD team.

Job Description

Perform TTB registration for articles developed by all Döhler sites globally
Support German-based RPD team by pre-screening customer requests (Service Cloud preview)
Ensure article information is updated in substance database when changes are made to recipes
Update product specifications
Support completion of customer questionnaires
Build strong working relationships with German-based RPD team

Qualifications

Educational background: Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar
Industry experience: 2+ year in food documentation topics, including TTB registrations (must-have)
Mindset: Customer-focus; accurate working (no errors); collaborative
