This entry-level professional role supports TTB registrations, updates product specifications, and collaborates with the German-based RPD team to ensure accurate documentation and customer questionnaires are completed.

Educational background required is a Masters in food science or related field with 2+ years in food documentation.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar.
• Industry experience: 2+ year in food documentation topics, including TTB registrations (must-have)
• Mindset: Customer-focus; accurate working (no errors); collaborative

Responsibilities

• Support German-based RPD team by pre-screening customer requests (Service Cloud preview)
• Ensure article information is updated in substance database when changes are made to recipes
