Job summary

Döhler GmbH invites a regulatory specialist to join our global R&D team. You will provide high-quality regulatory suitability and compliance evaluations of Döhler articles across multiple regions.

You will maintain regulatory check results in our substance database, collaborate with IT on AI-based solutions, and build strong relationships with Döhler R&D teams worldwide. Qualifications

• Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar.
• 3-5+ years in conducting food regulatory compliance checks globally.
• Experience using TraceOne and IOFI database is a plus.

Job Description

Tasks & responsibilities
Provide high-quality regulatory suitability and compliance evaluations of Döhler articles in certain countries and regions (global scope), triggered either by customer or internal stakeholder requests
Maintain results of regulatory checks in the substance database
Develop expertise in existing IT regulatory compliance tools and collaborate with IT to build next generation of AI-based IT solutions to further automate regulatory checks
Build strong working relationships with all Döhler RPD teams globally
Propose ideas to make processes more efficient

Qualifications

Good Communication Skills
Educational background: Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar
Industry experience: 3-5+ years in conducting food regulatory compliance checks globally
Nice to have: Experience using TraceOne and IOFI database
Mindset: Customer-focus; accurate working (no errors); collaborative
