Job summary

DöHLER in Pune, India is seeking a Regulatory Documentation Specialist to manage TTB registrations for articles developed across Döhler sites worldwide. You will support the German-based RPD team, pre-screen customer requests, and ensure article information and product specifications stay current.

You will collaborate with global teams, maintain accuracy, and contribute to efficient regulatory processes while upholding our standards for quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar
• Industry experience: 2+ year in food documentation topics, including TTB registrations (must-have)
• Mindset: Customer-focus; accurate working (no errors); collaborative

• Ensure article information is updated in substance database when changes are made to recipes
• Update product specifications
