Job summary

Döhler is seeking entry-level professionals for its Research & Development team in Pune. You will work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality raw material data, and collaborate to prepare specifications.

The role includes developing AI-based tools to automate data maintenance and building strong relationships with global R&D teams. The ideal candidate has a Masters in food science-related field and 2+ years in food documentation, with good English and a customer-focused

Qualifications

• Good English language skills.
• Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar.
• 2+ years in food documentation topics; flavour industry experience a plus. (Nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw material data quality and keep it up to date.
• Collaborate with teams to prepare raw material specifications.
• Develop AI-based tools to automate raw material data maintenance.
• Coordinate with global R&D teams for alignment.

Tasks & responsibilities
Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that all raw material data is of high quality and up-to-date
Collaborate with other teams to prepare raw material specifications
Develop with IT new AI-based tools to automate raw material data maintenance
Build strong working relationships with global RPD teams

Qualifications

Background / experience:
Good English
Educational background: Masters in food science, food technology, nutritional science or similar
Industry experience: 2+ year in food documentation topics, nice to have: flavour industry experience
Mindset: Customer-focus; accurate working (no errors); collaborative
