Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, is seeking a senior-quality professional based in Hyderabad featuring a hybrid work model. You will drive quality assurance, process excellence, and CAPA implementations across Shared Services and GBS functions.

The role requires 8+ years in QA, robust knowledge of quality controls, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Audit, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in RCA, CAPA management, defect analysis, and quality reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits and transaction reviews to ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and controls.
• Identify process gaps, defects, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Analyze quality trends and prepare reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.
