Job summary

IFF is seeking an experienced professional in Hyderabad for Quality Assurance and Process Excellence in a hybrid global business services setting. You will conduct quality audits, identify gaps, analyze trends, and drive CAPA implementations to prevent recurrence.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of QA/CI experience, strong knowledge of quality frameworks, and hands-on Power BI data visualization to support dashboards and reports for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8+ years in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Audit, Compliance or CI.
• Familiar with quality frameworks, risk and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits and transaction reviews for SOP conformance.
• Identify gaps, defects and opportunities to enhance processes.
• Analyze quality trends, prepare reports and dashboards.
• Conduct RCA and support CAPA implementation to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality and reduce risk.
