IFF, based in Hyderabad in a hybrid role, seeks a seasoned professional to lead Quality Assurance and Process Excellence in Global Business Services. You will drive audits, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives across functions, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen controls and improve performance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in QA/Process Excellence, strong knowledge of quality frameworks, and experience with data dashboards and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Audit, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in RCA, CAPA management, defect analysis, and quality reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
