Job summary

IFF is seeking a Quality Assurance, Audit, or Controls professional to reinforce end-to-end quality and compliance across operational processes in our Hyderabad-based Global Business Services hub. This hybrid role offers opportunities to drive risk prevention, data-driven insights, and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor quality dashboards, and support process transitions, SOP validations, and control testing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA, audit or controls across enterprise processes.
• Hands-on with quality reviews, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, risk, compliance and controls.
• High attention to detail with analytical mindset and collaboration skills.
