Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a seasoned Quality Assurance & Process Excellence professional for its Hyderabad-based Global Business Services hub. The role focuses on audits, CAPA, risk controls, and driving continuous improvement in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities include quality audits, data reporting with Power BI, RCA facilitation, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen controls and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Audit, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in RCA, CAPA management, defect analysis, and quality reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Identify process gaps, defects, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality, reduce risks, and drive process excellence.
