GEA Germany GmbH is seeking a skilled Automation & RPA specialist for its People Services & AI organization. You will drive automation across HR processes, collaborating with IT, Data Privacy, and Cyber Security to deploy scalable, compliant solutions.

The role focuses on building and optimizing workflows, integrating Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Microsoft tools while ensuring security and quality across global operations. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

• Several years of hands‑on automation and RPA development experience.
• Experience with Workday Iluminate, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, and/or ServiceNow Flow Designer.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in automation and RPA development, ideally with Workday Iluminate, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, and/or ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and experience working with HR platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow HRSD.
• Proven experience implementing or optimizing cross-functional HR automations.
• Good understanding of APIs, connectors, authentication methods, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured automation concepts and designs.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical automation topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑driven, with a sense of urgency and ownership to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Fluency in English required; German is an advantage.
