Job summary

Windows Consultants in Gurugram, Haryana, is seeking a Lease Abstraction Specialist to read commercial lease agreements, extract key details, and record start, end, renewal, and rent dates in our system.

This role requires attention to detail with knowledge of lease types (Gross, Net, NNN), rent escalation, amendments, and proficiency in lease management software. ASC 842 or IFRS 16 experience is preferred for accounting alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lease Abstraction.
• Good understanding of commercial lease documents.
• Knowledge of lease types (Gross, Net, NNN).
• Basic knowledge of rent escalation and lease amendments.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with lease management software (preferred).
• Knowledge of ASC 842 or IFRS 16 (preferred for accounting roles).
