Qualifications

• Only B.E/B.Tech graduates are preferred.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document review.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with lease management software (such as Yardi, MRI, or JDE).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate concepts and lease administration processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Abstract critical financial and legal information from lease agreements, including tenant details, lease terms, rental rates, renewal options, and responsibilities of both parties.
• Organize and standardize the extracted data into a uniform format or database for consistency and ease of analysis.
• Review and validate abstracted information for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
• Transfer abstracted data into clients’ application software or spreadsheets (such as Excel) for further use in reporting and decision-making.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries related to lease documents and abstraction.
