Role & responsibilities

Lease Accounting & Data Integrity

Maintains global database of lease contracts in the global lease tool
Harmonizes the accounting and reporting of the different lease contracts around the organization globally.

Month-End Closing & IFRS16 Compliance

Coordinates the Month- End Closing process with a focus on IFRS16 lease contracts across all entities within the Avolta Group
Works with local and regional finance teams to ensure accurate, timely alignment with IFRS16 standards

Preferred candidate profile

Having a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, any other certification is a plus
Must have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in corporate accounting
Having a clear understanding of IFRS16, additional knowledge on other standards is a plus
Having a working experience with SAP FI (ECC 6.0 or S4HANA), BPC, SAP CFIN, SAP GR RCM/RMK, ONB, P&G, COMP, SAP IAS/IPS, SAP CPI, and People Analytics would be ideal
Experience with the lease accounting tool Tagetik is an advantage
Having advanced Excel Skills is required
Must have strong communication skills with fluency in English, any other language like German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch would be an advantage
Must be analytic, with ample problem-solving skills, able to prioritize, and able to take a practical approach when needed Role & responsibilities
