Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and maintain documentation to support strategic workforce programs. The role requires a strong background in HR/IR, HRM, or psychology, with MBA preferred, and experience in advisory services, change management, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR/IR, HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and L&D fundamentals.
• Experience in advisory services, change management, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Define and execute responsibilities aligned with Specialist – Learning and Development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive L&D initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintain documentation and reporting.
