Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist - Learning and Development to drive modern L&D programs across the organization. You will define learning strategies, design programs, and partner with business teams to deliver impactful capabilities that scale with growth.

Ideal candidates have a background in HR/IR or HRM with a master’s degree, plus proven experience in advisory services, change management, and stakeholder engagement. This is an office-based role in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in HR/IR or HRM, with MBA/HR emphasis preferred.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or HR Management is advantageous.
• Experience in learning and development or HR advisory is desirable.
