Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - Lean Digital Transformation in Hybrid India (Jaipur region). You will build roadmaps for LDT and enterprise operations, manage cross-functional programs, and lead digital solutions with Lean Six Sigma approaches for Banking and Capital Markets analytics improvements.

The role blends AI/ML, process consulting, and change management, with opportunities to mentor teams and drive measurable outcomes across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics, or finance are considered.
• MBA or analytics master's degree is preferred.
• Lean Digital Transformation experience is highly valued.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a roadmap for Lean Digital Transformation and process improvement for the client’s core and enterprise operations.
• Program management across cross-functional teams for timely delivery of results.
• Lead digital solutions or Lean Six Sigma-driven initiatives for clients and collaborate with partners.
• Drive digital technologies, innovation, and change management in transformation projects.
• Conceptualize complex problems into a clear digital road map and challenge status quo.
• Coach and mentor teams, influence and motivate stakeholders to reach goals.
• Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, to establish accountability across teams.

Job Description

• Build a roadmap for driving LDT and process improvement for the client’s core and enterprise operations
• Program management: Involving cross-functional teams and multiple project leads for timely delivery of results
• Lead and Implement any digital solution or Lean Six Sigma leads approach for new / existing clients, work on any other Banking and Capital Markets analytics efficiency / process improvement initiatives that may come up
• Experience / know-how of Digital technologies in handling and driving innovation, transformation projects along with change management with internal & external partners
• Quantitative and problem solving ability, ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop a ‘Digital’ road map
• Ability to challenge status quo & out of the box thinking
• Ability to coach & mentor people, effectively influence & motivate others.
• Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
• Establishes a team environment of accountability and dedication for reaching project goals.
• Should be open to traveling to multiple client locations for 3 months duration for short term or months for long term assignments
• Ability to work in teams with varied strengths and with multiple partners
• Solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience; process consulting experience preferred over business / strategy consulting
• Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
• At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of digital platforms such as Robotics
• Confirmed client / stakeholder management and project management skills
• Judgement, personal efficiency, team balancing
• Competence in balancing Change Management
• Confirmed proficiency in navigating through structured as well as unstructured client business settings
