Job summary

Genpact in India seeks a program lead to design and deliver transformation and continuous improvement roadmaps for focused accounts. You will independently lead high-impact projects, drive value creation, and improve client and Genpact performance.

You will mentor talent, identify digital transformation opportunities, and manage a team of Black Belts, while aligning resources and ensuring outcomes. MBA or engineering background with analytical skills is required.

Qualifications

• MBA or engineering background with analytical skills.
• Experience in leading transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program lead the design & delivery of transformation and continuous improvement roadmap for the aligned focused accounts.
• Independently lead high impact projects to deliver prioritized business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for value creation and revenue growth for client and Genpact.
• Own & deliver on committed efficiency improvements in accounts through CI levers.
• Mentor and develop talent in the function through LSS DNA building and engagement drives.
• Identify digital-led transformation opportunities in existing relationships.
• De-risk operations through deployment of Risk Control & Best Practice framework.
• Manage a team of Black Belts and ensure resource alignment for prioritized opportunities.
