Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Analyst - Process Analytics to support commercial operations. You will analyze sales and market data, monitor sales processes, and collaborate with sales and marketing to align goals, while maintaining reports on KPIs and identifying improvements. The position involves working with analytics, Excel-based tools, and VBA-based automation to enhance efficiency in a dynamic, AI-powered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics; Master's in Data Science preferred.
• Experience with analytics techniques and data visualization is a plus.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related certifications are beneficial but not required.
