Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Program Director to lead AI-powered transformation initiatives across global programs. You will design and enforce project management policies, mentor teams, and drive on-time delivery within budgets, collaborating with stakeholders to set objectives and mitigate risks.

The role demands strong executive presence, experience with SAFe and agile methodologies, and the ability to scale complex programs in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant degrees as listed: commerce/economics/finance, MBA or analytics.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification preferred.
• Proven expertise in Agile, SAFe, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor project management team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
