Genpact is seeking a Specialist - Insurance - P&C Claims to assess auto insurance applications, guide policy selections, and efficiently process claims in a hybrid work setting. Candidates should hold actuarial, economics, finance, risk management, or statistics qualifications, and be fluent in English and French (C2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in actuarial science, economics, finance, or risk management and insurance; Master's in statistics also acceptable.
• Proficiency in English and French at high level (C2) is required.
• Experience with claims processing, policy terms, and regulatory compliance is preferred.

• Assess auto insurance applications to determine coverage eligibility and appropriate policy levels.
• Guide clients in selecting suitable auto insurance policies aligned with individual needs and risk profiles.
• Efficiently process insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timelines.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, applications, and claim transactions for auditing and compliance purposes.
