Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in actuarial science, economics, finance or risk management and insurance.
• Master's in statistics or related quantitative field is preferred.
• Certifications AIC, CFE, CIC, CPCU are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and process auto insurance claims while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Analyze clients’ policy coverage to provide actionable recommendations for optimal protection.
• Investigate and resolve complex insurance-related issues and escalate when needed.
• Communicate with customers, underwriters, and agents for smooth policy implementation and claims.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and trends to ensure compliance and guidance.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of claims and resolutions for audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
