Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - Insurance - P&C Claims in India to manage auto insurance claims and analyze coverage for optimal protection.

You will investigate complex issues, coordinate with underwriters and agents, and maintain detailed claim records in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. The role requires a strong foundation in actuarial science or related fields, English proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2), and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance or Risk Management and Insurance.
• Masters in Statistics preferred.
• Relevant actuarial certifications are a plus.

• Efficiently manage and process auto insurance claims while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze clients' policy coverage to provide actionable recommendations and ensure optimal protection.

• Prepare and maintain detailed records of claims, interactions, and resolutions to support audits and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience.
