Responsibilities

• Deliver standard and complex implementation activities while ensuring quality and reliability.
• Define scope, plan, and drive projects of new payments processing activities following global methodology.
• Ensure interfaces with payment systems comply with global product rules.
• Execute end-to-end processing system impact analyses across multiple projects.
• Execute standard and non-standard customer testing focused on processing interfaces.
• Manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and dependencies, maintaining communication with all parties.

Job Title

Customer Implementation Services – Processing Implementation Specialist

Purpose

The Customer Implementation Services team provides customer processing implementation support for new and core products and services. The role serves as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, delivering end‑to‑end processing implementation projects and ensuring technical and product support during implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for customers and Client representatives throughout the processing implementation project.
• Assess and document customer needs and the implications for Client’s core and non‑core processing systems.
• Provide guidance to customers’ processing support staff as a processing implementation advisor.
• Deliver standard and complex implementation activities while ensuring quality and reliability.
• Define scope, plan, and drive projects of new electronic payments processing business activities following the global project coordination methodology.
• Ensure processing interfaces with Client’s electronic payment systems comply with global product rules and specifications.
• Execute extensive end‑to‑end processing system impact analyses for multiple key projects in parallel.
• Execute standard and non‑standard customer testing processes focused on technical processing interfaces.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, risks, and dependencies, and maintain communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to interact well with customers and exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management skills and experience with card management systems.
• Experience in Information Technology system knowledge, including network technology, applications, and project management.
• Proficiency with card payment, authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Understanding of the 4‑party model and currency conversion concepts.
• English proficiency; Spanish is an advantage.
• Occasional domestic and international travel.
