Job summary

Genpact in India seeks a Specialist - HR Shared Services to drive HRSS modernization, governance, and people analytics across tracks. You will manage HR transactions, data integrity, and respond to employee inquiries while collaborating with HR business partners.

This role emphasizes rewards design, dashboard reporting, and continuous improvement of HRSS processes. A strong foundation in HR operations and analytics will help support senior leaders and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IR, HRM or Psychology.
• Masters in Business Administration or HR Management.
• Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP are preferred.
• Experience in HR Shared Services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, and promotions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers.
• Drive HRSS governance and metrics with regional leaders.
• Support rewards strategy and people analytics.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to resolve HR issues.
