Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate - Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will be involved in coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle to support business growth.

The role requires hands-on hiring experience, strong communication, and the ability to map profiles to roles while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Weekend drives may be required as per business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors - HR/IR, HRM or Psychology as required qualifications.
• Masters - MBA or HRM adds value.
• Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Propose hiring solutions for new businesses.
• Ensure targets: on-time delivery, cost per hire, replacement cost.
• Promote low-cost channels: campus, referrals, direct to talent; maintain quality of hire.
• Check the hiring process and flag deviations from policy.
• Highlight risk accounts with data points and drive compliant processes.
• Map Genpact profiles to other organisations and identify changes needed.
• Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications; assist with background checks and admin tasks.
