Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Associate in HR Shared Services to manage employee HR inquiries, administer onboarding and offboarding, and maintain accurate employee data across systems.

You will support HR systems maintenance, assist with compliance activities, collaborate with HR business partners, contribute to process improvements, and help create training materials to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related fields or Psychology and Master's in HR-related fields.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
• Experience in HR Shared Services or HR operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR inquiries and requests from employees.
• Administer HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
• Assist in HR systems maintenance and data integrity checks.
• Provide support in HR compliance activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR process documentation and training materials.
