Job summary

Genpact in Chennai is seeking a Specialist - F&A - R2R to join its forward-looking team. The role focuses on record-to-report processes, financial close, and asset reconciliations within a hybrid India work model.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct control reviews, implement compliance frameworks, and deliver training and dashboards for executives. The ideal candidate has finance qualifications and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance; Master's in Finance preferred.
• Certifications CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA, CRCM.
• English language proficiency required (Intermediate - B1).

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews.
• Develop and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance.
