Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A - I2C to join its Finance & Accounting team in an office-based role in India. The position emphasizes strong AR, collections, and process-improvement capabilities within the I2C (Intelligent I2C) framework, including quality checks and SOP development.

English proficiency is required. Ideal candidates will have accounting or finance degrees and experience across AR, banking, and client relations, with a focus on data literacy and LEAN Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor( s ) degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance required.
• Master's degree in Finance preferred or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Strong communication and client management skills essential.
• Experience in payment, dispute, and collections processes is desired.
• Proficiency in data literacy and visualization beneficial.

• Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client
• Client Management – Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation
• Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries
• Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
• Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements
• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
• Perform daily internal audit
