Job summary

Genpact is hiring for a Senior Associate - F&A - R2R to manage end-to-end accounting activities in a fast-paced environment. You will drive reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong expertise in R2R, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and audits, with opportunities to implement process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting/commerce/economics/finance or equivalent.
• Master's in Finance preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong knowledge of R2R and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review day-to-day accounting activities incl. reconciliations, journals, and reports.
• Handle month-end close, fixed assets capitalization, intercompany accounting.
• Perform bank and investment reconciliations and GL reconciliations.
• Identify balancing items and clearance; support corporate reporting and audits.

Review team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests Month End Close Activities Fixed Assets Capitalization and Maintenance Intercompany Accounting Bank and Investment Reconciliations General Ledger Reconciliations Fixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL) Identifying balancing items and its clearance Escheat Reconciliations Corporate Reporting Internal and External Audit SOX Compliance Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
