Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist for F&A I2C to manage reconciliations, post remittances, and collections activities with agents and policy accounts. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication with internal stakeholders.

The position supports night shifts in an office setting in Hyderabad, with emphasis on process improvements and SLA adherence. Strong accounting credentials and AR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's to master's level finance/accounting qualifications.
• Certifications in finance and treasury are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent.
• Post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium.
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and for the amount in suspense account.
• Ensure quality of transactions meets SLA metrics and provide process reports on time.
• Adhere to attendance rosters and company policies; coach and groom team members.
